Job Highlights:
-5 years experience in F&B industry
-Good wine and beverage knowledge
-Knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails
-Good communication skills
-Good command in spoken & written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus but not required

Requirements:
-At least five years’ experience in the F&B industry.
-Strong hands-on experience in all types of beverage preparations and in stock control.
-Sound service experience with a passion for providing quality service and building customer relationships
-Good wine and beverage knowledge and an ability to lead a team of staff and conduct staff training.
-Make recommendations to guests on appropriate wine choices on food and wine pairings
-Build positive rapport with guests
-Constantly review guest feedback and mystery shopper results, in order to plan and implement corrective action if needed, to ensure complete guest satisfaction
-Drive beverage revenue in the outlet and maintain beverage costs within budget
-Review and analyze sales to ensure stock rotation and profitability remains within targets
-Strong in leadership & problem-solving skill
-Good in flexibility, and analytical skills
-Innovative with a strong sense of Food and Beverage market trends
-Good command of spoken English with an outgoing personality and a team player mindset.
-Permanent HKID Card Holder
-Will be required to work weekends, and/or holidays
