Job Responsibilities

  • Enhancement and assurance of staff performance and service standard of managed properties
  • Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security
  • Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
  • Liaison with clients, occupants and contractors
  • Establishment of standard procedures and control systems to ensure they are strictly followed by all staff
  • Attendance of Incorporated Owners' meetings, handling of enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners
  • Some experience in leasing of residential properties

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Property / Housing / Estate Management or related disciplines with more than 5 years’ experience in property/facility management and at least 3 years’ of supervisory level
  • Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence is required
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
