Job Responsibilities
- Enhancement and assurance of staff performance and service standard of managed properties
- Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security
- Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
- Liaison with clients, occupants and contractors
- Establishment of standard procedures and control systems to ensure they are strictly followed by all staff
- Attendance of Incorporated Owners' meetings, handling of enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners
- Some experience in leasing of residential properties
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Property / Housing / Estate Management or related disciplines with more than 5 years’ experience in property/facility management and at least 3 years’ of supervisory level
- Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence is required
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
