Responsibilities
- In-charge of front office operation and formulate strategic action plan to ensure guest satisfactions
- Act as hotel membership champion to plan, organize and execute membership promotional campaign
- Managing front office team member training plan
- Be an ambassador of HGI Brighthearted Services to deliver full set front desk service to hotel guests
- Acts as shift in-charge to monitor and provide assistance for Front Office operation
- Handle guests’ enquiries, complaints and carry out room inspection for VIP guests
- Manage emergent incidents during the assigned shift, ensure all cases are probably handled and reported
- Acts as a coach to provide training to team members to maintain excellent guest service
- Responsible for on-day room sales and night audit management
Requirements
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline with about 5 years relevant experiences;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Service Manager;
- Mature, detail-minded, strong communication and management skills;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua would be an advantage
