Senior Strategic Planning Manager - Cross Border [Ref no: SSPMCB-EN]

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation, evaluation, and execution of long-term business strategies and growth roadmaps for the Cross-Border Center to achieve ambitious corporate targets;
• Drive the end-to-end design, implementation, and performance monitoring of comprehensive strategic business plans;
• Act as a key strategic partner and advisor to senior management, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to influence business decisions;
• Spearhead collaboration with key internal business units and external strategic partners to ensure seamless execution of cross-border initiatives from a holistic, group-level perspective;
• Oversee market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and mitigate potential risks in the cross-border market;
• Direct data analytics frameworks and feedback loops to continuously optimize operational efficiency, service standards, and business performance;
• Supervise complex business projects, including high-level system transformation, key performance metric reporting, and strategic resource allocation. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; Relevant professional qualifications is highly preferred;
• Minimum 7-8 years of solid experience in Financial Services, with at least 4 years focusing on strategic planning, business development in segment management;
• Proven track record in cross-border financial business, wealth management, or cross-border retail/corporate banking segments is a distinct advantage;
• Deep understanding of financial market regulations, branch operations, and digital/operational service enhancement;
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and matrix-influencing skills to drive change across diverse teams;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to executives;
• Resilient and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
• Native or professional proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Strategic Planning Manager.
