Senior Analyst, Operational & Strategic Risk

• Supporting the implementation of Operational Risk and Strategic Risk Management framework
• Reviewing operational incidents and near misses, conducting root cause analysis and tracking remediation actions to ensure issues are resolved
• Partnering with front line, middle office to embed risk controls into processes and advise on new products or business initiatives
• Tracking Key Risk Indicators and control reports. Performing Independent reviews of processes and controls, especially monitoring traders mandates, operational administration of trades
• Assist to co-ordinate Business Continuity Plan and relevant drill tests
• Degree holder or above in accounting, business, economics, finance, international relations or a quantitative field or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferable in banking operations, Business Continuity Plan and relevant drill tests
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• ECF achievement is the definite advantage
