*Resident Senior Survey Officer (Engineering) *駐地盤高級測量主任 (工程) (Job ID#10604)

WSP (Asia) Limited has been appointed by Highways Department as the consultant for the construction contract for Contract No. HY/2023/12 – Dualling of Hiram's Highway from Marina Cove to Sai Kung Town.

The works mainly comprise (1) widening of two sections of Hiram’s Highway (HH) of approximately 3.5 kilometres (km) in total length between Marina Cove and Pak Sha Wan, and between Pak Sha Wan and Sai Kung Town from a single two-lane carriageway to a dual two-lane carriageway; (2) widening of the Pak Sha Wan section of HH of approximately 100 metres (m) in length from a single two lane carriageway to a single four-lane carriageway; (3) widening of a section of Po Tung Road of approximately 400 m in length between Yau Ma Po Street and Fuk Man Road from a single twolane carriageway to a dual two-lane carriageway; (4) improvement of a section of Po Tung Road and Tai Mong Tsai Road of approximately 600 m in length between Fuk Man Road and Wai Man Road to a standard single two-lane carriageway; (5) construction of a pedestrian subway across HH with lifts in Pak Sha Wan; and (6) ancillary works including drainage, waterworks, slope stabilisation, public lighting, noise barriers, landscaping works, reprovision of affected government facilities as well as other associated works. The works have commenced in December 2024 and will take about 92 months to complete. 

香港特別行政區政府路政署委派科進顧問(亞洲)有限公司為工程合約編號 HY/2023/12 – 匡湖居至 西貢市之間的西貢公路分隔車道工程的工程顧問公司。  

上述合約的工程範圍包括 (1) 擴闊匡湖居與白沙灣之間及白沙灣與西貢市之間 2 段共長約 3.5 公里的西貢公路，由雙線不分隔行車道改為雙程雙線分隔行車道； (2) 擴闊 1 段長約 100 米的西 貢公路白沙灣段，由雙線不分隔行車道改為四線不分隔行車道； (3) 擴闊油麻莆街與福民路之間 1 段長約 400 米的普通道，由雙線不分隔行車道改為雙程雙線分隔行車道； (4) 改善福民路與惠民 路之間長約 600 米的普通道和大網仔路為標準的雙線不分隔行車道；(5) 在白沙灣興建 1 條橫跨 西貢公路的行人隧道，並配置升降機；以及 (6) 進行附屬工程，包括渠務、水務、斜坡鞏固、公共 照明、隔音屏障、環境美化工程、重置受影響的公共設施及其他輔助工程。工程已於 2024 年12 月 展開，需約 92 個月完成。

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; and
• At least 7 years' relevant post-qualification experience; or
• At least 7 years' relevant experience as Resident Survey Officer (Engineering) or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.
   
• 持有香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港專業教育學院 / 工業學院 / 科技學院 / 香港其 中一間理工大學 / 理工學院頒發相關學科的文憑或高級證書或同等資格；及 
• 具有最少七年於取得該等資格的相關工作經驗；或
• 最少七年在公共工程項目或駐工地人員管理手冊中 4.5.2 章節列出的認可工程項目中擔任駐 地盤測量主任(工程) 或同等職位之相關工作經驗。 

*The language proficiency requirements of Level 2 ^Note or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE / HKCEE or equivalent shall be met. 

*語文能力要求具備香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科第  2 級成績^備註或以上，或具備同等學歷。 

Note: Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

備註: 2007 年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C 級及 E 級成績,在 行政上會被視為等同 2007 年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第 3 級和 第 2 級成績。
