Telesales Manager (with override commission plus basic salary)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of around 10 Telesales staff selling Personal Loan and Card Loan products to existing customers to achieve sales targets
Allocate team manpower to maximize productivity for successful applications and loan drawdowns
Monitor team performance through proper motivation and coaching
Provide briefings to subordinates to make sure all information provided to customers is updated
Prepare periodic reports to review team performance for further improvements
Conduct appropriate searches to assist credit assessments for applications in a timely manner

Requirements

Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
At least 3 years of relevant sales management & supervisory experience in financial institution or telecommunication industry
Proficient in MS applications, e.g. Word & Excel
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
