Captain

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering efficient service at the Coffee Shop for all assigned tables during service hours.
• Remain alert and attentive, assist guest to their full satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Familiarize with high standards of food and beverage service.
• Assist in supervising Coffee Shop staff, complete side duties and set up table for functions.
• Assist in supervising and maintaining restaurant equipment and ensure proper handling.
• Handle customer complaints and report to the Supervisor.
• Perform all designated side duties and any other reasonable assignments or responsibilities as required by the Superior.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
