飛機引擎維修見習技工/技術員 (Aero Engine Maintenance Mechanic / Technician Trainee)

主要職責

• 按照認可的大修手冊或引擎維修手冊，協助進行引擎及零部件的保養、維修及檢修工作
• 確保公司工具得到妥善保養，並保持良好狀態
• 學習並遵守公司程序、工作指引及相關技術標準
• 保持工場整潔，並遵守 5S 工作場所管理標準
• 支援持續改善工作，並執行主管安排的其他職務

入職要求

• 具備相關工程學科的專上教育程度(文憑或以上)，包括：航空工程、飛機維修或飛機工程、機械工程、工業工程，製造工程或汽車工程
• 歡迎應屆畢業生申請， 具實習、學徒訓練或工場工作經驗者優先考慮
• 具良好溝通及團隊合作能力
• 能遵從工作指示及程序
• 具基本工作場所安全意識

Key Responsibilities

• Assist to maintain and repair aero engine and component in accordance with authorized overhaul or engine manuals
• Ensure the company tools are maintained in good conditions
• Learn and apply company procedures, work instructions, and technical standards
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and comply with 5S housekeeping standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Diploma or above in relevant engineering disciplines such as: Aviation Engineering, aircraft maintenance, aircraft engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Automotive Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship, apprenticeship, or workshop experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work procedures.
• Awareness of workplace safety practices.
