Concierge / Bell Captain

Concierge

Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional and pleasant image to guests and colleagues
• Ensure all guests enquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solution
• Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times
• Assist Assistant Concierge to coach and provide regular training to other colleagues

Job Qualification

• 1-2 years' relevant experience in similar capacity
• Certificate or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good business writing skills to compose polished, professional replies to guest inquiries via email and messaging apps
• Service oriented, proactive and a team player
• Strong curiosity to the events of the community, area and region.
• Familiar with attractions, tours, travel routes, and transportation schedules

Bell Captain

Major Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries and requests from all guests with friendliness and professionalism
• Maintain the tidiness of luggage storage room, ensure luggage and parcel delivery tasks are handled accurately and efficiently
• Ensure parking area, driveways and taxi queue are smooth and well managed
• Assists in identifying training needs, develops training plans and implements training sessions for staff members on a regular basis

Job Qualification

• 1-2 years' relevant experience in similar capacity
• Certificate or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Service oriented, proactive and a team player
