Job Summary:

The Business Alliance Manager will be instrumental in driving the growth of the Regional International Wealth Premium Banking customer base through the establishment and nurturing of strategic partnerships. This role involves acquiring high-quality Referral Intermediaries (RIs) as business partners, identifying potential alliance partners, and assessing their suitability for collaboration. The manager will articulate partnership terms, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefits. A strong understanding of the banking industry will enable the manager to effectively connect partners with OCBC’s offerings, focusing on opportunities in Singapore and Hong Kong to enhance market presence and meet regional client needs equitably across both markets.

What you do

• Actively acquire and foster strategic partnerships with high-quality corporate business partners to expand the premium banking customer base, ensuring referrals are balanced between Singapore and Hong Kong to meet regional client needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Singapore and Hong Kong Relationship Managers Team to ensure smooth handovers and effective management of customer experiences.

• Contribute to the bottom line of International Wealth Premier Banking by achieving customer count and growth targets across both markets.

• Provide regular and relevant banking and market information to Referral Intermediaries (RIs) to support their efforts in meeting client needs in both Singapore and Hong Kong.

• Ensure superior customer service and enhance the overall customer experience within Regional International Wealth Premier Banking.

​Who you are

• A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or marketing

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in banking and financial sector

• A pass in HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3 will be an advantage

• Good team player who possesses strong customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills

• Self-discipline and motivated, out-going character and result oriented

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
