Responsibilities:

• Support internal control, risk management, and governance activities.
• Maintain company policies, procedures, and process documentation.
• Coordinate audits, control reviews, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor audit findings and track improvement plans.
• Assist in risk assessments and maintain risk records.
• Support training and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management, compliance, or corporate governance.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
