Job Description
- Responsible for data entries and bookkeeping
- Prepare payments and monthly expenses file
- Reconcile bank statements, accounting records & portfolios
- Maintaining deposits, AR, AP spreadsheets
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities, including, cashflow summary, account reconciliations and verifications; the preparation of accounting schedules.
- Support data management of corporate product information.
Requirement
- 3-4 years’ experience in accounting
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as accounting software – MYOB
- Experience in equities investment with knowledge in Bloomberg is a plus
- Good command in English
- Hong Kong Citizen/Permanent Resident
