Wealth Management Specialist / Financial Planning Management Trainee

Responsibilities：

• Conduct KYC (know your client) and KYP (know your product) process in routine work;
• Conduct financial planning process for private wealth individuals and institutional groups;
• Handle existing customer enquiries and cross-sell extensive ranges of services from our Centaline Group;
• Answer walk-in enquiries and handle with the leads distributed by team head;
• Assist in the long term CRM in compliance with the company’s internal policies and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements：

• Form 5 or DSE Graduates;
• Two-year of banking and financial experiences is preferred;
• Eager to learn and work under pressure;
• Willing to be a team player;
• Be positive and open-mind for industry challenges;
• Capable to work effectively;
• Passed the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 an advantage;
• Passed the Licensing Examination (LE) Paper 1, 7, 8 an advantage;
• Passed the Estate Agent Authority (EAA) Examination an advantage;
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) an advantage;
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) an advantage;
• Qualified Retirement Advisers (QRA) an advantage.
