Team Head / Account Manager / Account Executive (5-day work)

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our company as Team Leader and account manager.

Principal Responsibilities：

• Conduct sales activities and provide suitable insurance product based on customer needs;
• Handle customer enquiries and cross-sell extensive ranges of services from our Centaline Group;
• Answer the call-in enquiries and distribute the leads to responsible person;
• Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the company’s policies and all applicable regulatory guidelines.

Requirements：

• Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered;
• Strong customer service orientation, with good communication and phone skills;
• Teamwork and Open-mind;
• Capable to work effectively and responsibly in a dynamic environment;
• Passes the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper 1, 2 and 3 an advantage;
• Minimum of two year's sales experience, with experience in bank and insurance companies an advantage;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage.
