Senior Accountant / Accountant (Treasury)

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day corporate treasury activities including loan financing, liaise with banks for banking facilities
• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and managing taxation affairs
• Assist in preparing quarter-end closing
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of treasury or financing experience from sizable companies, preferably in property development industry
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good Chinese typing skills
