Account Assistant

Job Description

• Responsible for data entries and bookkeeping
• Prepare payments and monthly expenses file
• Reconcile bank statements, accounting records & portfolios
• Maintaining deposits, AR, AP spreadsheets
• Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities, including, cashflow summary, account reconciliations and verifications; the preparation of accounting schedules.
• Support data management of corporate product information.

Requirement

• 3-4 years’ experience in accounting
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as accounting software – MYOB
• Experience in equities investment with knowledge in Bloomberg is a plus
• Good command in English
• Hong Kong Citizen/Permanent Resident
