Director / Executive Director - Equity Capital Markets

Responsibilities:

• Originate, structure and execute equity and equity-linked transactions
• Manage equity and equity-linked transaction projects, lead and guide junior team members in client negotiations, process management, project deliverables, and timelines
• Take an active role in the engagement process and fully involve in business development and execution activities
• Develop and expand institutional client base including fund houses, investment banks, listed companies in local and overseas markets
• Ensure all transactions adhere to internal control procedures and comply with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years working experience in Equity Capital Markets with reputable investment banking platforms
• Bachelor's degree from a leading renowned university majoring in Finance or related fields with outstanding academic performance
• Strong network of client relationships with Asian corporates and investors
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin
• Equipped with sound investment and financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets of Hong Kong
• Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Effectively using AI is preferred
