Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to the highest standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and build positive relationships with guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café, restaurant, or hotel environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.
• Passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn.
