Corporate Finance - RO (SFC Type 6) - Sponsor Principal

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in deal assessment of IPO/FA transaction and due diligence reviews for internal approvals
• Carry out the execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, financial advisory and other fund-raising activities
• Ensures compliance with listing rules and relevant regulations including internal policies and procedures
• Communicates and coordinates with clients, professional parties and regulators, including Stock Exchange and SFC 
• Supervises the IPO project team and provides guidance to junior team members
• Ensure compliance of SFC-regulated activities
• Conduct and manage corporate finance transactions which include due diligence work, internal compliance work and coordination with other professional parties on the transactions

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting, finance, or law in a reputable university is preferred
• Licensed as a Sponsor Principal for Type 6 regulated activity (Advising on Corporate Finance) under the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)
• Possessed of minimum of 5 years of proven track record of supervising / managing IPO and financial advisory deals
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, complemented by a solid working knowledge of the HK Listing Rules
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including native or fluent Mandarin)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
