Implement and execute bank archival management coordination and standardization; provide guidance and conduct inspections; draft regulations and procedures.
Handle receipt, dispatch, follow-up, storage, and archiving of bank-level official documents; review the format of regulatory documents.
Assist in collecting and analyzing economic and financial information;provide advice to internal stakeholders.
Organize and execute departmental digital transformation initiatives.
Assistant department and team administrative tasks.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time and proactively report on work progress.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in handling official documents in banking industry
Familiar with banking operations, functions and organizational structure with good business acumen
Strong writing skills in both Chinese and English with the capability in drafting proper business letters and memos and reports
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude
Attentive to details and committed to high-quality service and deliverables
High language proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
Familiar with MS Office applications, and English and Chinese word processing
Candidates with less experience would be considered as Deputy Manager, Comprehensive Documentation Management
