Delta Asia Wealth Management Limited, a subsidiary of Delta Asia Financial Group, is recruiting high-potential fresh graduates for our structured Wealth Management Trainee (WMT) Program. The program is designed for students who want to build a solid, progressive financial sales career in banking and financial services / wealth management. Successful trainees will receive systematic training, hands-on exposure, and a clear career pathway within the Group.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder (preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines)
• Strong interest in banking, wealth management, and client-facing financial services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-motivated mindset and eager to learn
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Putonghua proficiency is preferred)
• Positive attitude and committed to build a professional career in the financial services industry
• Fresh graduates and IANG holders are welcome to apply
