Chef de Partie - Japanese Restaurant 高級廚師 - 日式餐廳

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help deliver an outstanding guest experience through high-quality food and exceptional standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where teamwork, consistency, and pride in your craft are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing operations in the hot kitchen section. 
• Support Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in the kitchen
• Contribute to continuous improvement in taste, presentation, and workflow

Requirements:

• 5-6 years’ relevant working experience
• Hotel experience is preferred 
• Great team player with good communication skills
• Passionate in developing career in Japanese Cuisine
