We are seeking enthusiastic problem solvers to join us in scaling our platform, to enhance the quality of life for elderly in Hong Kong through our senior living and outpatient rehab clinic operations. Our diverse and high-performing team comprises Medical and Nursing Care Professionals, Rehabilitation Specialists, Hospitality Professionals, Asset Management and Investment Professionals and more.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily inspection, repair and maintenance of building facilities, including MVAC, BMS, ensuring proper operation of all equipment
• Handle emergency repairs and incidents such as sudden MVAC or power failures
• Assist in supervising contractors’ repair and maintenance works to ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in tendering and purchasing processes
• Provide emergency support services during severe weather conditions or other incidents
• Perform other engineering and maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; experience in hotel, clubhouse, or property management operations is preferred
• Hands-on experience in MVAC works will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese; knowledge of English is preferred
• Night shifts and holiday duties may be required
• Holder of Registered Electrician (Grade A) licence will be an advantage
• Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
