Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Associate Canteen while maintaining Hyatt's high standards of food quality, hygiene and associate satisfaction. This position primarily works morning shifts to support breakfast and lunch meal services for associates.

The Chef de Partie - Canteen is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals for associates, ensuring food is produced according to established recipes, quality standards and operational requirements. You will assist in menu preparation, maintain proper food hygiene and safety standards, monitor ingredient usage and support the smooth and efficient operation of the Associate Canteen.

您將負責協助員工餐廳的日常營運，為酒店同事準備及烹調各類餐膳，並確保食品品質、衛生及安全標準符合酒店要求。此職位主要安排早班工作，以支援員工早餐及午餐膳食服務。

Qualifications

Ideally with good knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene standards, together with relevant culinary training and a minimum of one year of experience in a hotel, staff canteen, catering operation, or related field.

熟悉廚房運作及食品衛生標準，並具相關廚藝培訓或最少一年酒店、員工餐廳、餐飲業或相關工作經驗者優先。
