About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Service Division in Hong Kong, the Bar Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations of the Bar/ restaurant and ensure it is running smoothly and achieving the budgeted profit.  The Bar Supervisor reports to the Bar / Restaruant Manager

As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the daily operations, quality service standard and maintenance work of the bar
• Meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner
• Keep the storeroom clean and organized at all times
• Ensure all equipment and spirits are stored in their designed place
• Assist with the monthly training and provide on-the-job training as needed
• Ensure that all beverage costs are in line and under control
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your department head from time to time

As F&B Supervisor, we expect from you:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Bar operation or hotel Food & Beverage
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
• Pleasant, presentable, service -oriented and good supervision skills
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
