About the Role

As a Security Officer / Senior Security Officer, you will be overseeing access control, patrols, and emergency response to ensure a safe and secure environment aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for access control and patrols.
• Response to emergency events according to the standard safety procedures.
• Maintain Hotel security and protect safety and assets of all Hotel guests, visitors, employees.
• Project a professional, efficient and reassuring image to all Hotel guests, visitors and employees.

About You

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently.
• Possession of Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit.
• Candidate with more years of experience would be considered as Senior Security Officer.
