We are looking for a talent to:

• Handle Leasing enquiries, arrange and conduct site inspections with prospective tenants and follow up on leasing opportunities for Company Portfolios
• Liaise and negotiate with existing tenants on lease renewals, terms and related documentation; build and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants, prospective tenants and property agents
• Initiate, coordinate and executive leasing-related promotional programmes to support tenant attraction and occupancy objectives
• Monitor and review leasing performance, market conditions, occupancy status and recommend improvement initiatives
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments and ensure timely and high-quality execution of leasing matters

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Real Estate, Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers
• Experience in office leasing is highly preferred
• Excellent business acumen and commercial sense
• Familiar with current market condition and business trend
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Positive and open-minded approach when facing challenges
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
