Key Responsibilities 主要職責:

• Prepares food in line with training received
  根據所收到的資料準備食物
• Follows recipes and instructions
  遵循食譜和說明
• Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
  確保正確處理，儲存和使用生熟食物
• Adheres to hygiene schedules, cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s P&P
  遵守衛生時程表，清潔時程表和酒店的政策與程序

General Requirements 職位要求:

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships
  至少3年的相關經驗，包括培訓和/或實習
• Good command in Cantonese and Basic English is required
  需要良好的中文和基本英語口語
• Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
  有禮貌，樂於學習，自我激勵和積極的工作態度
