Air Operations Clerk

Responsibilities

• Handle air import / export documents & declarations
• Coordinate with internal operations team & customers
• Data entry & filing
• Handle additional or ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior
• Prepare reports on time with high accuracy

Requirements

• F.5, DSE or above
• Normal Import Working Experience
• At least 1 year related experience is preferred but not a must
• Fresh graduate would also be considered
• Willing to work overtime & work occasionally on holidays
• Well organized and detail-minded
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Working Hours (Alternate Saturdays)

• 09:00 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri) & 09:00 - 12:45 (Sat)

Working Location

• ATL, Kwai Chung (Provide Shuttle Bus Coupon between ATL & Kwai Fong or Mei Foo MTR Station)

• 文件存檔，資料輸入

資歷 :

• 中學畢業(中五/DSE) - 歡迎畢業生
• 有1-2年空運入口工作經驗更佳
• 流利粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語;
• 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂電腦文書處理; 懂MS Outlook; 懂英文打字; 懂中文輸入法

工作時間 (長短週):

• 星期一至五:上午9:00-下午17:30
• 星期六:上午9:00-下午12:45

工作地點:

• 葵涌三號貨櫃碼頭(ATL)
