Senior Floor Supervisor (on shift) 高級樓職督導員 (需輪班)

Job Duties:

• Inspect apartments, corridors, pantries, staircases, and all public areas to ensure compliance with Company standards
• Supervise Room Attendants and General Services Attendants on guest floors, and ensure proper procedures are followed
• Assume full departmental command in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Executive Housekeeper
• Perform ad hoc duties as required
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Floor Supervisor position

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, with 1–2 years preferred at a supervisory level
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
