Lead a team in conducting in-depth analyses of global securities and FX margin trading operations to proactively identify and recommend service optimization strategies
Plan, formulate, and evaluate the effectiveness of annual business plan, proposing actionable improvements to achieve departmental annual revenue targets
Assist in developing business processes, monitoring measures, and revising regulatory documentation and compliance policies
Raise system enhancement requirements and conduct related user acceptance testing (UAT)
Manage daily team operations, including staff allocation, shift scheduling, and task supervision
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within financial institutions
University degree or equivalent qualification at Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF) Level 5 or above
Holder of SFO licenses for Regulated Activities Type 1and 4 preferred
Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese preferred
