About the Role

As an Order Taker (落單員), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries regarding the In-Room Dining menu.
• Take and process orders, as well as coordinating delivery services.
• Provide attentive follow-up service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• 解答客人有關客房餐飲菜單的查詢
• 處理餐飲訂單及協調送餐服務
• 提供貼心跟進服務，確保客人享有愉快的餐飲體驗
• 履行上司分配的工作

About You

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
• Guest-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• 持酒店管理或相關學科文憑
• 具一年或以上酒店或餐飲服務相關經驗
• 以客為本，具團隊合作精神及良好溝通技巧
• 良好中英文書寫及會話能力
