Vice President, IT Project Manager (focus on AML/CDD)

Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and maintain technical solution implementation roadmaps to achieve the strategic goals of the Bank and facilitate business development through the adoption of suitable technologies.  
• Drive and lead technical implementation to realize tactical initiatives from inception to completion.
• Manage IT projects end-to-end, including solution evaluation, proposal preparation, project initiation/planning, risk assessment/mitigation, reporting and documentation preparation, and change management as well as post-implementation and audit reviews.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders, business partners, team members and external software vendors to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Holder of PMP, ECF-Fintech is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant IT project management experience, preferably from the banking industry.  Knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Due Diligence will be an advantage.
• Good banking business domain knowledge, particularly in areas mentioned above.
• Strive for continuous improvement and strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and schedule activities to achieve deliverables.
• Good writing and presentation skills to present programs, reports, and project plans to management and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence others and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership, proficiency in vendor management, team management, and business user liaison.
