Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage account opening, account maintenance and customer servicing activities for securities accounts.
- Ensure all account administration processes are conducted accurately, efficiently and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service requests professionally and promptly.
- Review account documentation and perform due diligence checks to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Lead and coach team members, providing guidance, training and performance support.
- Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Operations, Risk Management and Technology teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Support and implement process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as delegated by management.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines.
- Professional qualifications such as HKSI, CFA, CPA, FRM or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination or Hong Kong Securities Institute Licencing Examinations is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of securities products, operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Familiar with SFC, HKEX and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Proven experience in reviewing account opening documentation and performing customer due diligence.
- Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, automation tools or process improvement methodologies will be an advantage
- HKIB related qualifcation will be an advantage.
