Assistant Relationship Manager, Loan Acquisition

Responsible for unsecured loan business acquisition, providing customer services and performing cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for unsecured loan business acquisition

• Strive to achieve business target & maintain OCBCHK’s marketing position in consumer unsecured loan industry

• Maintain good relationship with customer

• Handle cross selling programs and collaborating with other Depts / business units

• Handle loan applications and provide one-stop consumer loan service to customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years related experience

• Diploma education or equivalent     

• Knowledge in customer services skill and sales technique

• Good market sense and initiative
