Lead, coach, and develop the sales and commercial team to achieve ambitious revenue growth and expand market presence in the commercial and business aviation/MRO sectors
Formulate and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, targeting priority customer segments and business opportunities
Develop comprehensive business plans grounded in market intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends to support strategic financial forecasts and new business proposals
Direct strategic account management for key customers, ensuring strong service delivery, retention, and the proactive pursuit of upselling opportunities
Enhance CASL’s brand recognition by representing the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and through targeted media engagement
Drive business expansion by identifying new customers, cultivating partnerships, and supporting the launch of new products and entry into new markets
Forge and strengthen long-term customer relationships through value-driven engagement, consistent service excellence, and the systematic collection of customer feedback
Lead commercial negotiations, striving for mutually beneficial agreements with customers, OEMs, leasing companies, and global MROs to support profitability and growth
Structure, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts to minimize risk and maximize value for the company
Build and sustain strategic alliances with key OEMs and industry partners to support CASL’s evolution as an independent MRO provider
Develop and execute partnership and joint venture initiatives to solidify market position and drive business growth
Collaborate across internal departments to resolve customer issues, ensure compliance, and deliver integrated solutions
Provide accurate quotations and draft commercial agreements that support both customer requirements and company interests
Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and ensure the achievement of business development and sales targets
Oversee timely billing and receivables, ensuring strong cash flow and customer satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, embodying high standards of service
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Engineering or Aviation is a plus)
At least 10 years relevant working, experience in aircraft maintenance or aircraft engineering industry is a merit
Strong business acumen and customer service orientation
Excellent negotiation, marketing, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel and proficiency in English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience or limited relevant exposure will be considered for appointment at a junior level
