Business Manager - Financial Institutions

Responsibilities

• Handle credit proposals for bank financial institutions team
• Make recommendation to resolve complex credit issues
• Advise Relationship Managers with respect to credit policies and lending guidelines
• Prepare regular reports according to banking ordinance and regulatory requirements
• Alert and report on account irregularities, breach of guidelines, and potential credit risks
• Ensure that all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
• Take up ad hoc projects and assignments when required

Requirements

• University degree, preferably major in Risk Management, finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking field with strong knowledge on credit risk management and analysis
• Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
• Analytical, independent, hardworking with positive working attitude
• Good  knowledge of lending principles and standards
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office application including Word and Excel
