Equity Capital Markets - Analyst / Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, equity placements and block trades, pre-IPO investments and other fundraising exercises 
• Perform internal approval procedures, industry and market research, comparable valuation analysis, shareholding analysis and preparation of presentations 
• Liaise with syndicates, sales, corporate clients and investors during deal execution 
• Actively involve in client pitches, market research and ideas generation for the team 
• Perform other job duties as assigned from times to time

Requirements:

• University Degree holder in finance, accounting, or related discipline 
• Minimum one-year equity capital markets related experience
• Proven track record in executing aforementioned transactions, with strong awareness of industry and market developments 
• Proactive team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills 
• Excellent spoken Mandarin and English 
• Effectively using AI is preferred
