Executive Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Provides full secretarial, administrative and organizational support to the General Manager and ensuring effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all times
  • Organise and schedule business meetings and conferences
  • Prepare agenda, minutes, speech and presentation
  • Compile business summary reports
  • Coordinate key or ad-hoc projects
  • Demonstrates a high standard in all forms of communication, written and verbal, at all levels to both internal and external contacts

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or Administrative studies with formal secretarial training preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, initiative, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese, with Putonghua as an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
