Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training programmes and seminars.
  • Provide support to trainers in preparing training materials for face-to-face and virtual training.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing training schedules, setting up training venues, preparing training reports, and arranging payment for training expenses.
  • Handle enquiries on course enrolment, attendance, and training records.
  • Assist in maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) by accurately entering course details, updating participant records, and verifying attendance data.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above.
  • 1 year of administrative support experience is preferred.
  • Well-organised with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
