Manager , Talent Acquisition (Contract)

Job Duties:

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring timeline and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Engage in the end-to-end process of recruitment activities from candidate sourcing to on-boarding
  • Develop strong sourcing network to build and maintain talent pipelines
  • Expand recruitment channels to identify candidates for sales role within the Retail Banking Sector
  • Leverage social media and professional networks for sourcing candidates
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, either in-house or within a recruitment agency
  • Knowledge of licensing requirements related to retail banking business
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good understanding of HR practices and trends in the market
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
