Manager, Business Management (Corporate Banking)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of key business performance metrics, client profitability, profit & loss drivers, and portfolio trends to identify growth opportunities, risk mitigation strategies, and actionable insights for management decision-making

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards to track pipeline performance, budget adherence and expense control initiatives

  • Prepare management presentation materials and executive summaries for senior management and head office

  • Perform financial analyses and participate in division-level projects (e.g., system enhancements, data governance, process re-engineering, digital transformation, etc.)

  • Translate business requirements into analytical models and data specifications

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in corporate banking or financial institutions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high proficiency in Excel VBA, Qlik Sense and data visualization tools

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
