Customer Due Diligence Manager - Customer Support & Operations Excellence

Responsibilities
Perform onboarding customer review for all AML risk levels, with focus on Private Banking clients
Act as an reviewer/approver for onboarding review for different AML risk levels
Manage the team and oversight overall capacity, process which also includes resources and resilience support
Communicate and coordinate with business units on AML related issues
Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
Take up ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
University degree or above in business Administration or other relevant qualifications
Over 5 year’s relevant experience in private banking (With supervisory experience is a plus)
Knowledge of corporate account onboarding review and customer requirement
Proactive, self-motivated , detail-oriented ,multitasking with high sense of responsibility and teamwork
Good at defining problems, developing analysis, problem solving skills and apply sound judgement to prioritization
Great Sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
Holder of professional qualification(s) of AAMLP or CAMS is preferable.
