Job Openings:

Personal Financial Consultant

  • Provide high quality one-stop retail banking services and tailored financial advice to retail banking customers
  • Holder of bachelor’s degree in any disciplines is preferred; or 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE including Chin/Eng and Maths, or equivalent
  • Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE are required; Candidates who possess either the HKSI or IIQE qualification are also welcome but obtaining HKSI and IIQE qualifications within the probation period is required. (e.g. CPA, HKSI, IIQE, etc.)
  • 1 year+ relevant experience, preferred in Banking & FI background

 

Senior Premier Relationship Manager (Onshore / International Wealth)

  • Serve and provide tailored wealth management services to retail banking customers
  • Holder of bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines is preferred
  • Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE are required
  • 5 years+ relevant experience in retail banking
  • Candidates from Mainland China are also welcome

 

Senior Teller

  • Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to promote our products and services to customers
  • Holder of university degree or diploma in any field is desirable, but not required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or finance is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop

 

(Senior) Customer Service Manager

  • Oversee daily counter and servicing transactions, manage cash vault custody, and conduct thorough reviews and reconciliations of all transactions
  • Holder of university degree or diploma in any field is preferred
  • 5 years+ relevant experience, preferred in banking
  • Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE are preferred but not mandatory
  • Solid knowledge of retail branch banking operation & procedures, general banking products and regulatory requirements

 

Deputy Branch Manager

  • Assist Branch Manager to supervise and monitor daily branch operations, and ensure the branch is operated in accordance with the established rules, procedures and guidelines
  • Holder of diploma or above
  • Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE are required
  • 7 years+ relevant experience in a supervisory role

 

Digital Ambassador

  • Support in-branch traffic management and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional service and guidance throughout the customer’s banking journey, including handling inquiries, directing customers appropriately, and assisting them in using digital and self-service channels for cash, servicing, and other banking transactions
  • 1 year+ solid experience on branch banking services
