Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Banking Product

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate banking products development, including but not limited to account, connectivity, internet banking and cash management.

• Existing products enhancement to improve customer experience and maintain competitiveness. Drive and execute acquisition by initiating and implementing commercialization plan to achieve business goals.

• Work with internal departments and business partners, to ensure smooth roll-out and quality implementation of new products and marketing programs.

• Identify business opportunities and recommend appropriate strategies by having thorough understanding the market trend as well as the Company’s strengths.

• Define user requirements for new product and customer journey, including back-end system and mobile application enhancement from end-to-end basis. Ensure satisfactory testing result prior to launch.

• Perform ad-hoc assignments designated by direct reporting line Manager.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3-5 years of product experience in Banking Industry, solid experience on corporate banking products development is preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills. Proactive and able to work independently.

• Ability on multi-tasks, attention to details with tight timelines under pressure.

• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

• Strong PC skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge on online banking / mobile banking apps is a definite advantage.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Officer.
