Manager / Assistant Manager - Treasury Product Management (Structured Products / FX options)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing day-to-day pricing and transaction execution for all aspects of Treasury products, including FX-linked, Interest rate-linked, Equity-linked structured deposits, DCI, and FX options, to meet internal clients' demands and generate sales revenue.
• Responsible for reviewing and updating treasury product lists and procedures, performing regular product due diligence, product management and ensuring compliance with daily transactions requirements.
• Conduct market research and analyze client needs to identify new product opportunities.
• Work closely with internal sales teams to conduct product training or provide tailored products to meet client needs.
• Design and develop competitive products ideas tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of products, while ensuring compliance with bank guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or above with major in Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in treasury products.
• Solid knowledge of Treasury products, with expertise in option, SI/DCI structured products. Experience with FX accumulators is a plus.
• Holder of Type 1 and Type 4 licenses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
