Business Manager (Wealth Management Department) (Performance)

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs), including AUM growth, revenue contribution, product mix, and other key performance indicators.
• Prepare regular performance dashboards, management reports, and financial analysis to support business planning and management decision‑making.
• Oversee the financial operations of the Wealth Management Department, including budgeting, expense monitoring, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure performance measurement methodologies and financial data are accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal policies and management requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Operations) on performance monitoring frameworks, system enhancements, and data reconciliation.
• Support the review and implementation of business initiatives, incentive schemes, and performance‑related projects.
• Provide guidance or training to RMs and ARMs on performance metrics, reporting requirements, and related internal processes.
• Support ad‑hoc management reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management or business support within a financial institution.
• Basic understanding of RM performance indicators (e.g. AUM, revenue, product contribution) and departmental financial concepts.
• Strong numerical sense with interest in performance analysis, financial reporting, and business monitoring.
• Proficient in Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis).
• Detail‑oriented and well‑organized, with good follow‑up and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with multiple internal teams.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
