Senior Officer - Sales and Product Support (Financial Market Department)

Location: Central and Western District

Job Responsibilities:

• Market & Trade Support: Assist the Sales and Product team in daily pricing, seamless trade execution, and comprehensive post-trade management for FX derivatives and structured products.
• Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day trading operations, including preparing routine market reports, managing client documentations, and ensuring trade compliance.
• Product & Marketing: Support the team in crafting professional product documentation, presentations, and marketing materials for corporate or individual clients.
• Innovation & System Enhancement: Act as a key coordinator with internal IT and external vendors on Treasury system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to optimize trading workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for global market products are highly welcome. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Treasury/Financial Markets will be considered for an accelerated path.
• Strong numerical sense with proficiency in MS Excel (VBA / Macro knowledge is a definite advantage).
• Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses is preferred but NOT mandatory. (Candidates who are ready to take the licensing exams are welcome; company support will be provided). Progression towards CFA / FRM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
