Job Responsibilities
Content Operations: Responsible for content development, publishing, and ongoing maintenance of operational pages for financial vertical products including funds, insurance, and card. Iterate and update page content, optimize page display and user experience, and ensure content accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Product Operations: Assist in formulating product listing plans, backend configuration, and launch maintenance for financial products such as funds and insurance. Follow up on product launches and support daily iterations.
Campaign Operations: Participate in the planning, execution, and post-campaign review of financial product marketing campaigns. Assist in refining campaign proposals, managing launch configurations, tracking performance data, and conducting problem analysis to help optimize marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Competitive Research: Conduct regular competitive analysis within the industry, focusing on dimensions such as financial products, operational content, and marketing campaigns. Compile and analyze findings, and deliver research summaries to provide actionable insights for the team's product, content, and campaign optimization.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Fresh graduates or freelancers are also welcomed.
Excellent project management skills; proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Available at least 3 days per week for on-site collaboration with the team; willing to travel regularly to the Shenzhen office for business trips.
Strong ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
